Shipping

Thanks so much for supporting Bobo Doodles! I currently ship within New Zealand and to the following international destinations:

• Australia

• Canada

• United Kingdom

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If you're in a rural area in New Zealand, please be sure to select the correct shipping option — rural delivery costs a little extra.

Orders are typically packed and sent out within 2–3 business days.

For international orders: any customs fees, import taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Every country’s rules are different, so it’s a good idea to check with your local customs office if you're unsure.

Returns

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

That said, I want you to be happy with your order! If something’s gone wrong (like your item arriving damaged or not quite right), please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order.
